Will Haven hits the seen once again and delivers a unique sound. They offer a hard and heavy musical buffet and brilliant
lyrics. While showing off a fantastic array of sounds the vocals get in the way. Musically the guys are very creative, but
the vocals distract you from it. I never listened to the first three albums by Will Haven, so I have not sure if they have
stayed true to their roots with their present sound.
There are two great songs on the album that open and close it. On those to songs there are no vocals just music. Those
two songs show you how well these guys gel and how much talent that they have. The album is solid in terms of the music and
lyrics. I’m sure new comer Jeff Jaworski will improve the band as a whole, but needs to tone down the screaming just
a bit, so that the vocals can gel with the music and not distract the listener. All the vocals sound the same and with the
same pauses. My advice is to change things up a little bit and everything should be fine.
