Roses Unread

Single Review - Fallen

About a year ago we reviewed a self-titled album from Roses Unread. The unique sounds fluttered through the 12 track release and offered up several tracks that could have been stars in the making. The band is currently working on their next release and is about to unleash a new single on the world. The track is titled “Fallen” which lasts four minutes. The track gets going with a nice little intro before the lead vocals come strolling in. The phenomenal female vocals rip through lyrics with precision and make you hang on every syllable. The also place in the screaming vocals throughout the track like they did on the last effort and there is a solo section for just them. The music behind the voices is smooth. They roll along and really drive in places. I really like the drums which hammer away in places. There is a huge balance of power and finesse in this track and if it’s any indication of what the rest of the album is going to offer this record is going to be killer. Those lead vocals alone are enough to send chills down your spine.
